You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We deliver to most part of India within 2-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Play Pebbles cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges:
All shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals.
Cancellations:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 9820668811 to cancel the order before dispatch.
Returns & Exchange:
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, Play Pebbles has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
This also means that all the products you receive are -
Fresh, Original, Unopened and of High quality.

If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a product, please contact us on help@playpebbles.in within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
For Any approved returns, we process refund once we receive the product back. Refund is via store credit of life time validity.
Damaged Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on playpebbles@gmail.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
