What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking for prepaid orders only.
Free shipping is available on all orders.

Can I pay on delivery?

At the moment, we accept prepaid orders only—Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within India only, using reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 7 days across most parts of India.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is absolutely free, although express delivery charges (if chosen) will be billed as per actual costs.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes are not possible. However, if your order hasn’t

What if a product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please email playpebblesindia@gmail.com within 3 working days, including
images of the damaged product. We will assist you promptly.

Is return or exchange allowed?

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, Play Pebbles follows a strict no-exchange and no-refund policy. However,
in genuine cases, you may contact us within 3 days of receiving your order—we handle such requests on a
case-by-case basis.
In cases where a return is approved, we will issue a lifetime-valid store credit once the item is returned.
